You'll complete the intake questionnaire and book a good time for our kickoff call. I'll review your questionnaire before the call to get to know you and your space better, as well as identify project priorities. During the call, we'll make sure we're on the same page in terms of goals, budget, functional requirements, any layout needs, and everything else.

I'll create a Design Direction deck with curated inspiration and commentary explaining the aesthetic we're building toward. I'll also develop your concept options — 2 for Style Snapshot and Room Roadmap, 3 for Complete Vision. Higher tiers include a video call to discuss concepts together before you choose your favorite direction. This ensures we're completely aligned on the vision before diving into detailed design work.

Establishing the aesthetic framework and exploring options.
Milestone: You'll select your preferred concept and provide feedback to guide development.

I'll take your chosen concept and turn it into a complete design proposal with additional sourcing, styling details, and layout exploration and 3D renderings for higher tiers. Room Roadmap gets a simple rendering focused on spatial relationships. Complete Vision gets detailed 4K renderings with specific furniture styles, full styling, and a curated thrift hit list. Higher tiers include presentation calls to walk through everything together and make collaborative adjustments.
phase three :
Refining your chosen concept into a complete design.
Milestone: Design proposal delivered with all visualization and sourcing complete.

You'll provide one round of revision feedback, and I'll use your adjustments to create the polished Final Design Presentation with all materials organized and ready to use.
